First event of the year a huge success

Snuffles launched the first event of the year at the Pacific Garden Centre on the Chester Road, Sutton Coldfield on the 31st March.

We used the opportunity to speak with gardening enthusiasts about how they can help the hedgehogs in the area by making 5" gaps in fencing or dig a hedgehog tunnel under any concrete gravel boards. The key to hedgehog survival is to create hedgehog highways between gardens so they can find natural food and mates.

We also raised an outstanding £274.00 too. Thanks to all the helpers on the day and a big welcome to new recruits to the fundraising team; Vanessa, Martin and Jo.

We also have a fantastic new hedgehog themed tombola drum designed and made by our supporter Roy Woodman. For future events follow this link
